Assembly Presentation

Dream Big! (Grades Pre-K – 7)

Length: 45minutes + Q&A

Work Hard. Play Hard. Dream Big! Enjoy a solo performance by Amanda Panda encompassing a variety of creative athletic feats involving hula hoops, juggling props, spinning plates and humour.  Amanda Panda playfully engages students and staff in a variety of audience participation activities demonstrating the importance of stepping out of your comfort zone, trying new things, and that practice makes progress.  Amanda’s picture book, Mandi the Clown and the Hula Hoop Circus, will be read and referenced as it demonstrates overcoming obstacles, working hard and dreaming big.

Introduction Workshop

In a one day workshop students can learn hoop dance, poi, juggling or plate spinning.

3 – 5 Day School Programs

Have Amanda come to your school daily for 3 – 5 days giving students the opportunity to dive deep in developing their skills.  During the intensive students will learn techniques and combinations with supplied props.

Hooping Intensive: Students will focus on hoop dance techniques and concepts.

Circus Skills Intensive: Includes hoop dance, poi, plate spinning and juggling.
